From warm and sunny to cloudy and cold!

I have a horrible headache. The girls are still asleep and I need to wake them up so they go to bed tonight! I turned the t.v. on and it was on T.V. Land, so I watched Leave it to Beaver and now Gunsmoke is on. I don't think I have EVER watched Gunsmoke. Maybe one day I should try to watch the shows my Parents love. I don't think I could stand it though. Heee Heee.
Yesterday it warmed up to about 63 degrees. We played outside and the girls learned how to play baseball from some neighbor boys. E ran and got two big sticks from our yard and gave them to Bubba to use as pom poms to be a cheerleader. It was so cute. THEN, they went to the back yard and found...........wait for it.............................................................MUD!!!!!!!!! E came around the corner with mud splattered across her face, in her hair and all over her clothes. One of the little boys accidently splashed her. So, into the tub she went. It was a fun day though. Now, we are expecting 2-4 inches of snow today. It is CRAZY!!!!!!!!! I am glad we played outside yesterday! I'm off to wake up my brood. Have a fantastic day and God Bless!!!!!

GRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!

I am VERY frustrated! I wanted to put up a different picture and something must be wrong with my settings because it is cutting my pictures in half and my pictures are all coming out messed up! Hopefully I can fix it but no time now. UGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!! I wish I was more computer savvy. My friends all have adorable little blogs w/ all the bells and whistles and mine is BORING!! Fortunately at least I have cute kids to jazz it up! ;) Until next time........

Someone should have told me that to be a Mother of 3 little girls I should be able to juggle! I have to be a Nurse, Taxi driver, cheerleader, teacher, mentor, playmate, comedian, encourager, lie detector, maid, and the list goes on. Not to mention I have to add being a wife to my fabulous hubby in the mix. And this is probably an EASY time in our lives! WHEW! How do people do it?! I am very happy and blessed to have all this to juggle though. It is my lifes dream! I thank God every day for our health and that I have such wonderful family and friends. So, if you are reading this and we are friends or family, thank you for the impact you have had on my life. Big or small, I am very grateful! God bless and thank goodness Spring is just around the corner!

We had some unexpected visitors today. My old friend Lynn and her daughter stopped by on the way to see her folks. She brought lunch from McDonalds which made the girls excited and we had a great time catching up. It's always a great day when time is spent with dear friends! I am gretting anxious for the weather to warm up. We're really ready to get outside and play! We took E to kindergarten roundup Tuesday night. It is hard to believe we are at that stage in our lives already. It seems like the last 6 months E has really grown. Makes me a little sad, but I am glad for each new and wonderful season of life. Bring on the weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Five years ago today I gave birth to our firstborn daughter. What joy she has brought to our lives. She is full of spit and vinegar and sweet as pie all rolled into one. She makes my heart leap and brightens my darkest days. We are so blessed to have her and our 2 other precious little girls. I need to go and figure out what to make her for her birthday supper. Valentine's Day

We are once again fighting colds and muck. As I type this the baby is waking from her nap after only 40 minutes. I assume she is having problems breathing through all her muck in her nose. Poor baby. Anyway, we managed to have a somewhat nice Valentine's day considering. I made pink heart shaped pancakes for the girls and E opened a present from her Grandma Beth in Louisiana. One of many....... ;)
She LOVES her pretty silver heart necklace from Grandma B. Jewelry is a big hit right now. I need to go rock a baby. Hope this finds everyone warm and well. We are hoping NOT to get any MORE snow until next Winter! God bless!!!!!

Valentines Day

I am looking forward to the next few days. Valentines Day (I am a HUGE romantic at heart) and E's 5th Birthday. Not to mention a visit from my beautiful Mother. I feel so blessed to have such a precious family. The weather is actually warming up a bit here and much of the ice/snow is melting. But, we have so much snow, we will still have plenty left. My in-laws even got snow in Tx. and La. CRAZY!!!! E is at her school valentine party, Baby A is napping and Bubba is resting. We are fighting colds and coughs in this house yet again. Seems to be the norm every few months. Not much new here, looking forward to having my hubby home over the weekend and just having some great family time together. I love what my Mother-in-law told me. Focus on making good memories. That has really hit me. I want my children to have GREAT memories and remember me being a fun Mom, not stressed about so much. Life is too short. Thanks Mom B.!!!!! I need to go make a menu/grocery list. THAT is something I dread!!!!!!!! Happy Valentines Day to you all. Don't forget to love your honey!!!!!!!!!!!!
