Well, I have been catching up with my cousin lately. I used to write her every week when I was in High School. She is a year younger than me. We went our separate ways in '92 and it has been AGES since we've written or talked. I love her to pieces and she is so cool. She has a sweet hubby and 2 adorable little girls and I am stoked to be in touch with her again. The older you get the more you realize how important family is. I have realized this for some time, but sometimes it is hard to get along with some people you are related to....i.e. my older brother. I will never understand his way of thinking or NOT thinking in my opinion, but he is my brother and I love him.
My husband's Grandmother is ailing and it kills me that they live in Tennessee and we are in Nebraska. So far away. I would love to be there for his Grandpa, to keep him company and even just cook him dinner. Don't forget to love your loved ones and take time to let them know it.
