Well, 3 days until the big trip. We leave Saturday for Louisiana and then leave sometime during the week for Texas. We are looking forward to it. E is excited to see Grandma Beth and the hubby is looking forward to finally eating some GOOD southern cooking. Ahhhh grits and gumbo!!!!!! I love the food his mom cooks. YUM!!!!!! Last weekend we went to the zoo and had a blast. The kids were so good and had a great time. We visited friends too and had so much fun. This past Sunday we all went to church together as a family. Then, later that day, we went to a local park for a trail ride/walk and fishing for Daddy and our Church hosted it all. Later we all grubbed on hot dogs, salads, and brownies/bars. Fun was had by all and it was a great day. It was great having Daddy join us at church. E starts preschool this fall at a church in town and we may start attending there for Daddy's comfort and for E to make new friends. It would be wonderful to go to church every Sunday as a family. Not much else new here with us. We are just enjoying life and I am stressing occasionally with 2 toddlers that don't listen!!!!!!!!!! Ahhh life. Gotta love it. Say a prayer as we travel. It will be about 14 hours if we drive straight through. Gotta run.
Peace!!!!!!!!!!!!

Growing and growing??
Well, all is well here. Not much new. The hubby and I are counting the days until vacation. We are going to see his folks in Louisiana for a few days (maybe 2 if they can stand the kids), and then to Texas to stay with his sister and her family for a week or more. We always have so much fun with them and can't wait to have some down time with fun family members! I wish we lived closer for sure!!!!! They have a 9 yr. old boy and 5 yr. old and 1 yr. old girls. Just adorable and I LOVE their Southern accents! We leave May 31st. and I am hoping the girls will travel well. We went to Memphis last summer and the girls dealt with the long trip really well. A portable DVD player sure helps!!!
Well, I am officially at 12 weeks. Will be 13 on Friday. I am feeling a little "bloated". The waistline is gone and I am going to have to wear Maternity clothes, pants anyway. It sure came fast. Oh well. I am excited to start feeling the baby move. That is something I LOVE about pregnancy!!!!!!!! Well, I must go for now. Hope to update sometime next week. I have my first official Dr.'s appt. Monday morn.

yet another cold?
So, I have yet another cold. Or, horrible allergies. Seems to be the case for a lot of people around here. At least I'm not upchucking. I am lucky in that sense. Sorry to be blunt. I have been very fortunate in all my pregnancies. I feel nausea but never worse than that. Maybe extreme fatigue but all is manageable. Right now we are at my folks and trying to get the kids entertained. They are feeling cabin fever big time. We are so ready for summer to play outside. Ugh!!! I gotta go get my 3 year old out of my hair. Oh, we had a birthday party for Bubba last night. Fun was had by all. Hard to believe she is 2 already. She is a light in our lives. So cute and so much fun. Hope all is well with everyone. Until next time.

Third times a charm!!!?!
Gee, I didn't think my last entry would be a "thing to make you go HMMM??" I think Jen, you are the only one that reads this. And I wanted to wait longer, but I can't anymore. Since you're at the computer reading this, I know you're sitting so here goes. Somewhere around November 23rd Bubba is going to be a big sister and E is getting another younger sibling. We are adding one more to our wonderful offspring. I found out Sunday, March 30th and went to the Dr. last Monday. They said there is no doubt I am pregnant. Never thought I'd being saying that again. I do believe it is time for the Mister to go in for a snip snip!!!!!!!!!!!! Now, don't get me wrong, I am shocked, ecstatic, elated and suprised. If I could skip the terrible two's and three's I'd have about a dozen babies!!!!!!!!!! I am just a little thrown off because I have been having such trouble with E and listening and following rules etc. EEESSHH! However, I have always wanted kids and when the hubby and I got married and started trying for kids 6months later, who would have thought it would take 4 years and 1 miscarriage until we were blessed with one baby and now to be blessed with 3????!!!!!!!! I praise and thank God that He has blessed us in this way and am very grateful and humbled. I wish everyone the best. We are getting blown away with terrible wind and weird weather today. Take care and keep me in your prayers. Pray for a healthy baby above all else!!!
Thanks!
Thanks!

Happy Easter!!
Well, what a great weekend we had. We started Thursday by dying Easter Eggs. The girls had a great time. It was the first time they had done it and E had so much fun. She had special tongs to get the egg out of the dye and she did a great job. No mess!!!! Now we will have egg salad for lunch today. Sunday we all went to church and heard our WONDERFUL pastor. He is the bomb!!! Then on to my folks for Easter dinner. Turkey and the works!! Then home to see what the Easter Bunny brought the girls. Candy galore and bubbles. We (the hubby and I) fell into bed last night exhausted from a fun day with our girls. It was great. It was a special day for me because my hubby went with us to church. I usually go alone with the girls and it meant a lot to me that my spouse went so we were a family on such a special day. The Lord is good and mighty!!! I hope everyone had a great weekend full of magic and awe in reverence of our almighty God!!! He is risen. He is risen indeed!!!!!!!!!!!!

Will this cold ever go away?!!
So, things are a little bit better. Either I am used to it or learning how to deal with it better. I am trying to be a little more laid back and calm. We'll see how long that lasts. I have a cold for what seems like forever now. I have had no voice for like a week. I am sure my hubby likes that. Ha Ha!!! I am now babysitting for a friend and it goes great somedays and is stressful other days. But I love babies so much. I will get my baby "fix" this way. No more babies for this woman. I am done. D O N E , done. I like the stage we are at. One kid per parent. It works. And sometimes, when the grandparents are around it's even better!!! Not much else new to add here. The girls are just getting bigger and bigger and cuter and cuter. I am so glad the Mr. will be able to scare away some potential daters. He can be intimidating. Good for us. I have a blog I love and you should check it out. knittingandliving.blogspot.com . My old roomie is a wiz at this blog thing. Well, I must surf some more before I tend to the little angels. Hee Hee!! Until next time.
